2011 Annual Reports

Pursuant to art. 35 of the Securities Market Act and article 8 of Royal Decree 1362/2007, of 19 October, Repsol YPF, S.A. publishes its 2011 Annual Financial Report, including the Annual Accounts and the Management Report for Repsol YPF, S.A. and the Consolidated Annual Accounts and Consolidated Management Report corresponding to the financial year ending 31 December 2011, reviewed by the auditor, the individual and consolidated Annual Accounts Audit Reports and Management Report, and the statement of responsibility for its content, signed by the members of the Repsol YPF, S.A. Board of Directors.

The Repsol YPF, S.A. 2011 Annual Financial Report was submitted to the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on 29 February 2012.

On the same date, in compliance with article 18 of Royal Decree 1362/2007, of 19 October and the Seventh Rule in CNMV Circular 1/2008, of 30 January, the Company submitted the selected financial information required in that Circular to the Spanish Securities Market Commission, for statistical purposes.
